Microsoft 365: Connect Mailbox to Outlook

Detailed Process  

Step 1: Open Outlook and Right-Click on Your Mailbox

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
  2. In the left-hand folder pane, right-click on your mailbox (the top-level mailbox item).
  3. Select Data File Properties from the context menu.

Step 2: Access the Advanced Settings

  1. In the Properties window, click on the Advanced button.

Step 3: Open the Advanced Settings

  1. In the Advanced Settings window, click on the Advanced tab.
  2. Under the Advanced tab, click on Add.

Step 4: Add the Shared Mailbox

  1. In the Add Mailbox window, type the name of the shared mailbox.

  1. Click OK to add the mailbox.
