Microsoft 365: Connect Mailbox to Outlook
Detailed Process
Step 1: Open Outlook and Right-Click on Your Mailbox
- Open Microsoft Outlook.
- In the left-hand folder pane, right-click on your mailbox (the top-level mailbox item).
- Select Data File Properties from the context menu.
Step 2: Access the Advanced Settings
- In the Properties window, click on the Advanced button.
Step 3: Open the Advanced Settings
- In the Advanced Settings window, click on the Advanced tab.
- Under the Advanced tab, click on Add.
Step 4: Add the Shared Mailbox
- In the Add Mailbox window, type the name of the shared mailbox.
- Click OK to add the mailbox.
