Download the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone.

On another person's PC you will need to open the google chrome browser in a  "New Incognito window".

Navigate to https://myaccount.microsoft.com/, enter your email address and password.

If you have multiple Microsoft accounts choose ‘work or school account’.

If you are prompted to provide more information to secure your account, click "Next" and follow the instructions found here: https://helpdesk.innessco.com/support/solutions/articles/51000306862-microsoft-365-setting-up-mfa

Now you have signed into your account online, you will need to set up your Microsoft Authentication and change your password from the default.

Navigate to "Security info" then click the "+ Add sign-in method" option.

Choose "Authenticator app".

Again, make sure you have the Microsoft Authenticator app ready on your phone.

Choose "Next".

Microsoft will then prompt you to set up your account on the phone app.

In the Microsoft Authenticator app click the "+".

Choose "Work or school account"

Then choose "Scan QR code".

Scan the QR code provided and choose "Next".

You will receive a notification to approve the sign in, choose "Approve".

Your account is now set up. Next steps are to change the default password.

Next: Change the default password

Go back to "Overview".

Then navigate to "Password".

Type in default password, then create and confirm a new password.

Log out of the online account.

Final: Log into your PC

Go to your workstation, sign in with your email, and enter your password.

Note: If you are prompted to enter a PIN, you will need to select "More choices" so that you can enter a password.

Lastly, you will need to find the "Device Name" of your PC. Go to the search bar and type "about".

Note the name of your device and call Innessco Helpdesk on 02 7200 4444. They will assign you as the administrator of the PC so you can download necessary apps.
