Microsoft 365: Configure Email Signature on Outlook Phone App

  1. Open the Microsoft Outlook app, then tap your Profile icon in the upper-left corner. Tap Settings (the gear icon).

Scroll to the Email section and tap Signature.

In the Signature screen, enter a new signature. You can copy your signature from a sent item and paste it into this field.

To set up a different email signature for each email  account, turn on the Per Account Signature toggle switch.

When you're done, tap the back arrow to return to the Settings screen.

The new signature appears in the Signature section. If Per Account Signatures is enabled, the signature does not appear.

Tap the Exit button to return to your mail.

The Microsoft Outlook phone app does not provide as many formatting options/features as the Microsoft Outlook PC app. We recommend designing your email signature considering these limitations.
