Cloud PC: How Do I Login from my Work Computer?

Key Points 


Your computer requires the Windows application to be installed before you can connect to your Cloud PC. If this software has not been installed on your work computer, please use this link to set up the Windows App


Step 1. 

Click windows start button and search "Windows App". Open the Windows 365 application.


Step 2. 

The Windows App will display with details of your Cloud PC. Click on Connect.


Step 3. 

You will be prompted to enter you password. Once entered, your Cloud PC desktop will now load.

 


Detailed Process


Step 1.

Click Windows start button and search "Windows App".



 Click to open.




 


Step 2.

After a few moments, the following screen will display. 

The first time you open the app, the system may display an error. This will self-correct within 30 seconds. If the error persists, your PC is not registered with Microsoft correctly. Please contact the Innessco helpdesk who will show you how to resolve the issue.



Click on Connect to open your Cloud PC. 


Step 3. 

Your will be promoted to enter you password. Once entered, your Cloud PC desktop will now load.
