Hosted Desktop: How to Login on a PC

Key Points

Step 1. 

Make sure you have the DUO app (authenticator) on your phone.

Step 2. 

Open your browser and type 'remote.yourcompany.com' (following your company email format) in the address bar (at the top). Click enter. 

Step 3. 

Your company's hosted desktop remote page will open. Click the "Hosted Desktop" icon and a linked file will download. There is a home or office option.

Step 4. 

Once the file has downloaded, drag the downloaded file on to your desktop.

Step 5. 

Double click the Hosted Desktop app.

Step 6.

Enter your user email address and password.

Step 7.

Your DUO app (on your phone) will require you to approve the sign in.

You are now signed into your hosted desktop.
