Key Points

By default, the Microsoft Office Apps now open with a Simplified Ribbon. You can return the system to the classic ribbon by clicking the down arrow in the far right corner.   

Detailed Process

By default, the Microsoft Office Apps now opens with a Simplified Ribbon. You can return the system to the classic ribbon by clicking the down arrow in the far right corner.  

The following Window will popup after you click the down arrow.

 Select Classic Ribbon. You can also choose to display the Quick Access Toolbar from this window.
