Microsoft 365: Transfer files from Cloud PC to USB

Before you begin, make sure you have the following requirements in place:
    - BitLocker-enabled USBs: Ensure that your USB drive is equipped with BitLocker encryption.

    OneDrive Configuration: Confirm that OneDrive is properly set up on your local PC. If not, this guide includes the steps to set up OneDrive.

    

Detailed Process 

1.   If OneDrive is already configured on local PC, skip to step 3. Otherwise open file explorer and click on OneDrive.

    Note: If you can't see the OneDrive in file explorer, please search for OneDrive and click on it.



2.   Follow the instructions to set up your OneDrive. 


Note: For the backup file option, please click l'll do it later once the scanning is complete

You can click on the Later option if you don't want to set up the mobile app.


3.   Once OneDrive is set up on your Local PC. Expand your OneDrive and locate the file. 

Copy the file and then paste it to the USB. You can drag and drop the file to the USB as well.
