Key Points

1. Open Outlook and navigate to your Contacts.


2.  From the Home Ribbon select Address Book.

3. Navigate to Tools and select Options…


4. Change the order to Custom, delete the entry named “Contacts” and change the last option to “Global Address List”. 


5. Click OK to complete and save changes. 


Detailed Process



1. Open Outlook and navigate to your Contacts

3. Navigate to Tools and select Options…



4. Change the order to Custom, delete the entry named “Contacts” and change the last option to “Global Address List”.


 The settings should be set as shown below.



5. Click OK to complete and save changes. Finished.
