Microsoft 365: Remote Support
Preferred Method via Action1
Innessco utilises Action1 as the preferred method for delivering remote support. This cloud-based remote monitoring and management (RMM) tool is equipped with comprehensive remote desktop capabilities. When support is needed, our Helpdesk team will initiate a remote session to your PC. The system is set up to give you a 15-second window to either accept or decline this support request.
Alternate Method via Microsoft Quick Assist
As an alternative, Microsoft Quick Assist is also available for support. You can open Quick Assist by searching for "quick" in the Start Menu. The Innessco Helpdesk will provide you with a 6-character code. Enter this code in the "Code from assistant" field for remote support.
Assisting Colleagues with Quick Assist
To offer remote assistance to a colleague, open Quick Assist and click "Assist another person." The system will generate a 6-digit code, which you can then provide to your colleague to establish the remote support session.
