Key Points
Step 1.
Open a browser and navigate to the website "windows365.microsoft.com".
Step 2.
Sign in with your email and password.
If you have multiple Microsoft accounts choose ‘work or school account’.
Step 3.
You can now either open your Cloud PC in your browser or download the Windows 365 application by clicking on the down arrow below of the Home icon.
Step 4.
If downloading the Windows 365 applictaion, click "Go to Microsoft Store" and install the app from the Microsoft Store.
If you run Zoom video conferences from within the Cloud PC, install the Zoom VDI plugin that can be downloaded from the following website https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4415057249549-VDI-releases-and-downloads
Detailed Process
This process is for Windows 10 and Windows 11 PCs only. Please see seperate instructions for Mac users.
Step 1.
Open a browser and type "windows365.microsoft.com".
Step 2.
Sign in with your email and password.
If you have multiple Microsoft accounts choose ‘work or school account’.
Step 3.
From this page, you can either open your Cloud PC in the browser by clicking "Open in Browser" or
click on the down arrow below the Home icon on the top left corner to install the Windows 365 application.
Step 4.
Click "Go to Microsoft Store" and install the app from the Microsoft Store.
Step 5.
If you run Zoom video conferences from within the Cloud PC, you need to install the Zoom VDI plugin that can be downloaded from the following website https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4415057249549-VDI-releases-and-downloads
