Installing the Windows App on Your Windows PC

Key Points
Your computer requires the Windows App to be installed before you can connect to your work environment. If you get stuck on any step, please contact the Innessco Helpdesk for assistance.
Step 1:
Click the Start button on your computer and search for "Microsoft Store". Open the Microsoft Store application.
Step 2:
In the Microsoft Store, use the search bar at the top to search for "Windows App".
Step 3:
Locate the Windows App in the search results, then click "Get" to begin the download. Wait for the installation to complete.
Step 4:
Once the app is installed, click "Open" to launch it.
Step 5:
When the app opens, right-click its icon on the taskbar and select "Pin to taskbar" for quick access in the future.
Optional Step 6:
Configure Multi-Monitor Setup
Click on the three dots (•••) in the corner of the Windows App and select Settings. Under Display Settings, toggle Off the option "Use default settings" to customise your multi-monitor configuration.
Detailed Process
Step 1:

Once you have signed into the Windows App with your work email address. Click on the three dots (•••) in the corner of the Windows App and select Settings. Under Display Settings, toggle Off the option "Use default settings" to customise your multi-monitor configuration. Reconnect to your CloudPC.
