Getting Helpdesk Support
The Innessco Helpdesk is operational on business days between 8:00am and 5:30pm. You can request support in the following ways:

To help us address your concerns effectively, please provide clear and detailed information about your issue when contacting the Helpdesk. If you are following up on a previously reported issue, please respond to an existing email related to that issue. This helps us link your follow-up to the ticket history, enabling quicker and more effective resolution.
For urgent support outside business hours, Innessco offers a 24x7 emergency support service. To raise an emergency support call:
- Dial (02) 7200 4444 to initiate an emergency support request.
- Your call will be redirected to our call center.
- The operator will collect your contact information and details of the issue.
- Our on-duty system administrator will be notified and will return your call to assist you promptly.
Please note, the 24x7 emergency support service is chargeable unless it pertains to a system-wide issue impacting all users in your firm.
