Key Points

Step 1.

Click on "Forgot my password". You will be navigated to another page.

Step 2.

Make sure your user name or email address is displayed correctly and enter the displayed characters in the box. Choose "Next".

Step 3.

To verify your identity choose to receive a code by email, text message or phone call to the alternate email or phone number you have previously nominated.

Step 4.

Enter the code you have received and you will then be redirected to enter a new password.
