Key Points
Step 1.
Open your browser on your PC and navigate to "Office.com".
Step 2.
Sign in with your email and password.
Step 3.
From the navigation bar on the top left, click on Apps -> Outlook.
Step 4.
In Outlook on the web, often referred to as OWA(Outlook Web Access), click on your initials within your bubble on the top right side of the window, then click on 'Open another mailbox.'
Step 5.
Type the staff member's email address into the box and click 'Open'.
